I had a great stay at this hotel in Airlie Beach! the staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to answer any questions or requests I had. Secondly, the location of the hotel is perfect - right in the center of Airlie Beach, making it easy to explore the local area. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with some rooms even having a private bathroom and balcony, which was a nice bonus.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

Quieter location, a walk away from the bars. Staff really helpful with bookings. Dorm quite spacious.
A very utilitarian building - all concrete blocks. Some dorms accessed via a rather bleak alleyway.

I didn't really get a chance to look around, as I was just passing through. However, I do plan to go back, maybe when it's not raining!!! I arrived after sunset and left mid morning the next day but what I did experience was very enjoyable.

Good location right on the main road. Kitchen facilities were great. Would recommend for backpackers or those travelling on a budget.
Rooms are very small and bed sheets were not the cleanest.

The amenities were very clean and close, the staff were helpful, the location was close to everything I required which was good.
I thought for the price the room was adaquate size however - the door had been left open and was filled with mozzies so myself & my daughter were left to spray the room but then I couldnt air the place out so we were left inhaling bug spray the rest of the night, the air con didn't work, the sheets & blankets didnt feel clean at all.

This hotel's location was the best aspect of my stay. It was close enough to everything in Airlie Beach, making it easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The room was clean and had air-conditioning, which was really helpful in the summer. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, giving us food vouchers and allowing us to park onsite.

Location.
Sheet were dirty, could not sleep on them. Room was like a prison cell. No parking despite advertisement in reservation. Kitchen fridges not maintained. Bathroom full of hair. No bench/table space in room.

Very good location. Has activities every evening. Friendly staff
The room was not value for money . I would expect a bigger room for the extra price I paid. No room to swing a cat it. The bedding was very old, had holes in them, not very comfortable. The matteress probably needs replacing. Don't think there were bed bug, but was bitten a couple of times and felt itchy in bed. Did notice very small ants(?) though. This may be expected for a tropical environment

The hostel had a great location, situated near all the bars and restaurants, making it easy to go out at night. The staff were welcoming and friendly, offering a Christmas celebration with music and delicious food. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were clean. the other guests were friendly, making it easy to make new friends during my stay.
The communal areas were not very comfortable or clean, and often occupied by long-term guests. the power sockets were not distributed well, making it difficult to charge my devices.

Great hostel, super clean facilities and awesome A/C. Loved having a balcony with our room and such a good location close to town. the staff were really helpful and there were secure lockers for our belongings. the kitchen and communal areas were spotless with good WIFI throughout the hostel.
Our room was quite dark with frosted-glass windows and it felt a bit like a cellar. the frying pans in the kitchen were a bit dangerous to cook in and the waste bins could have been bigger.

This was the first time we had ever stayed in a yha hostel and we were really impressed! The first night we stayed in a double room with private bathroom. The room was really big with air con and it also had a tv. After a night away on a trip we returned to the yha and went into a double with shared facilities as no private ones were available. This was also brilliant as there were only 2 rooms sharing 1 bathroom. In this room we had a balcony.
Lack of plugs in the double with shared facilties. We had to unplug the air con to charge phones etc.
